Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies with Nutella Stuffing

Chocolate chip with Nutella filling

I have a sweet tooth as everyone knows. This is my all time favourite years even before I started blogging. I got this recipe from Hot Chocolate Hits which I googled online. Of course when you mentioned about chocolate cookie, you have to compare it with the best chocolate cookie, right? I decided to go back to my old recipe book and get this out and give it another try to see which recipe is better.

9. Scoop the chocolate batter with an ice-cream scoop. Make a hole in the middle of the dough then scoop a small amount of nutella and put it in the hole you've made. Take some dough and cover the hole.

10. Arrange the dough on a non stick baking tray.

11. Bake it in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven.

12. Cool it on a cooling rack.

Chilling on the rack.

Cookies ready!

Although the recipe recommended to chill in the fridge, I find out that compared to the best chocolate cookie the texture before baking is hard enough to bake it straightaway. So I forgo the chilling part. This chocolate cookie compared to the best chocolate cookie, it felt more chocolaty. If you ask me which one is better? I will say it's up to your preference. I have friends telling me the best chocolate chip cookie is better however Kev and I prefer this recipe. Enjoy!
